I have always been an active person. From an early age, I have been interested in dance, aerobics and, generally, keeping fit and healthy. I was a member of a regional gymnastics and dance teams back in my school years. Although, I left both teams when I was 17, I have carried on my undying love for music and dancing throughout all of these years.

I first became acquainted with yoga discipline back in Spring 2020, at the time when the world came to a standstill and the word “pandemic” became dominant in our everyday vocabulary.
