Olga Yoga Cancellation Policy

 CLASSES 

• If cancelled 8 hours before the class is due to start you will receive credit back to your account. Please email your request to cancel to olga.yoga@outlook.com or text 07760 322 729 more than 8 hours before the start of the class. If you paid by card for a single session than the class will go onto your account as a class credit. 

• Should you prefer a refund back onto your card, there will be 15% administration fee. 

• If a class is cancelled with less than 8 hours’ notice before the class is due to start, the class become non-refundable and non-transferrable, unless a medical note is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. If a medical note is provided, you will receive credit back to your account. 

• 5 Class Pass is valid for 8 weeks from the date the pass is activated on the student’s first visit. 

• Class Passes can only be extended with a note from a medical practitioner. Any requests to be emailed to olga.yoga@outlook.com 

• Please note, that social media (Facebook, Instagram) is not suitable form of communication to cancel a class. 

• If you are unbale to attend a class, please phone or text 07760 322 729. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail and we will accept this as a notification of your cancellation. An email is also a suitable form of communication to cancel a class. 

PRIVATE SESSIONS 

• For private 121 sessions we operate 24 hr cancellation policy. If less than 24 hrs notice given, than we will charge you 50% of the agreed price for that session. 

CANCELLATION OF A CLASS OR A PRIVATE SESSION BY OLGA YOGA 

• On occasion there is a necessity to cancel a class or a private session. This could be caused through a number of unavoidable circumstances such as teacher ill health or adverse weather conditions. Should we ever cancel on you, we will refund you in full to the value of what you paid for the class.
